Product Description
It is a test equipment used for cables or optical cables required to maintain the integrity of the line in a separate fire test using a flame (controlled heat output) at a temperature of not less than 750°C. Comply with BS6387, BS8491, IEC60331-2009 and other standards.Technical Parameter

14.Continuous detection device: During the test, the current is passed through all the cores of the cable, and the three single-phase transformers have sufficient capacity to maintain the maximum allowable leakage current at the test voltage. Connect a lamp to each core wire at the other end of the cable, and load a current close to 0.11A at the rated voltage of the cable. When the sample is shorted/opened during the test, all signals are output.

Equipment Use Environment
1.The equipment test is carried out in a 3 x 3 x 3(m) combustion chamber (customer-supplied), the chamber has the facility to exclude any gas produced by combustion, and there is sufficient ventilation to maintain the flame during the test.
2.Test environment: the external ambient temperature of the chamber should be maintained between 5ºC and 40ºC.
Mass Flow Controller
The mass flow controller is used for precise measurement and control of the mass flow of gas. Mass flow meters have the features of high accuracy, good repeatability, fast response, soft start, stability and reliability, wide operating pressure range. With international standard connectors, it is easy to operate and use, can be installed in any position, and easy to connect with a computer for automatic control.

Shock Vibration, Rain Resistance Test Device (Fire And Water Resistance Test Device)
The performance requirements of the tester, including fire resistance test part (B, cable or fiber optic cable line integrity combustion tester), water spray fire resistance test and mechanical fire resistance test, are applicable to mineral insulated cables with a rated voltage not exceeding 450/750V, under flame conditions for a long time to keep the circuit integrity.
Complies with the fire-resistant cable standard BS6387 "Performance Requirements Specification for Cables to Maintain Circuit Integrity in the Event of Fire".
1.Heat source: a 610 mm long flame-intensive tubular gas burner that can be forced to supply gas.
2.Temperature measurement: a 2mm diameter armoured thermometer is placed near the air inlet, parallel to the burner and 75 mm above.
3.Water spray: a spray head is mounted on the test stand, also in the middle of the burner. The water pressure is 250KPa to 350KPa, spray 0.25L/m2 to 0.30L/m2 of water near the sample. This rate needs to be measured with a tray that has enough depth to allow his long axis parallel to the axis of the cable and placed in the center. This tray is about 100 mm wide and 400 mm long (the device is shown below).Fire And Water Resistance Test Device:Vibration Device:
The vibration device is a low carbon steel rod (25mm in diameter and 600mm in length). The longitudinal section of the rod is parallel to the wall and 200mm above the top of the wall. A shaft divides it into two parts of 200 mm and 400 mm, and the long part faces the wall. Falling from the inclined position to the middle position of the wall from 60°C separated by 30±2s.
Water Spray Test Device And Water Jet Test Device:
1.Water spray: connect the test pipe, make sure there is no problem with the connection, press the water spray to start, manually adjust the water flow regulation "Adjust 2" (this flow is 0-1.4LPM range) on the large panel of the operation cabinet to reach the test demand flow.
2.Water jet: Connect the spray nozzle used for the test, make sure there is no problem with the connection, press the water jet to start, manually adjust the water flow regulation "Adjust 1" (this flow is 2-18LPM range) on the large panel of the operation cabinet to reach the test demand flow.
3.The function of the water release switch button is added to the program: close the water inlet valve and press the water release switch button to drain the remaining water in the pipeline. If the machine does not need to work in winter, it is recommended to remove the pipe connection and press the water release switch to release the remaining water inside the flowmeter to prevent freezing of the instrument.
